We’ve redesigned the Nucleus platform from the ground up to make it easier for you to manage your business communications.
When you log in, you’ll now see a streamlined left-hand menu with your business name and Nucleus phone number conveniently displayed at the bottom. - Attendant Page, Now Smarter Than Ever:
Your AI Attendant now has its own dedicated page, organized across three easy-to-navigate tabs:- Training: Teach your AI Attendant about your business, customize your greetings, and add unlimited information cards (up to 1,000 characters on Free, 10,000 on Premium).
- Staff Directory: Add team members, set their availability, and define transfer rules based on roles or titles.
- Settings: Customize your AI Attendant’s voice profile and set your business’s time zone for accurate scheduling.
- Training Tab Upgrades:
- Easily manage your Welcome and Goodbye messages.
- Create and edit Business Information Cards to give your AI Attendant the knowledge it needs to serve callers properly.
- Character counters make it easy to track your available space.
- Staff Directory Enhancements:
- Add up to 10 staff members on Free, and up to 100 on Premium.
