NUCLEUS CHOOSEN BEST INTERNET ACCESS PROVIDER IN CALGARY
Nucleus Information Service Inc. ("Nucleus") was awarded with a 2004 Consumers Choice Award (CCA) in the category of Internet Access Provider at a Gala event hosted at the Westin Hotel in Calgary. Nucleus has now won this category three years in a row.
"The Consumers Choice Award is one of the best honours one can receive." said Dave Berzins, President of Nucleus. "This honour is special in that it is based on actual consumer responses. It shows that Nucleus is giving the service and support that our customers expect".
The award is based on phone interviews conducted in the Calgary area by Synovate / Market Facts of Canada, an international market research company. 1350 persons were interviewed. Among this number 650 consumers, 400 top-ranking managers of small and medium size businesses counting 250 employees or less, 150 general or construction contractors and 150 professionals from the automobile industry. The interviews were conducted in late 2003.
Nucleus was chosen, but employees are the real winners of this award. "Yes we have a great product and service, but without our employees we would be nothing.", said Mark McDonald, Vice President of Nucleus "They make this ship float, and this award is just as much a tribute to their commitment and diligence to customer service as it is anything else."
