Nucleus Information Service Inc. ("Nucleus") today launched babyTEL; a new voice over IP phone service. The babyTEL service will offer customers a higher quality, more cost-effective and feature rich phone service than is available today.

VoIP, or Voice over Internet Protocol, is a way to place and receive phone calls using your existing telephone over the internet, instead of traditional telephone lines.

Nucleus will deliver its customers private local phone numbers from most major centers in Canada.
